Microcyle tryout

Today is my 6th day of the week. and it's my Chest day.
gonna try yung JS' routine. which is yung microcycle
but surefire ko to na Heavy,
kayanin ko po kaya to,
Inclined 170lbs 8reps w/o spotter tapos ibalik sa racked then rest for 20 secs. then lift ulit?
baka mag failed eh, sa second set di ko ma-angat hahaha..
pa spot na lang cguro?
for my current state, need ko tlga carb intake beyond my maintenance para bumalik sigla ng katawan ko po,
di na tumatalab ang pre-wo, supp. wan ko po ba, pero im sure nag off cycle ako, kasi 6months ako wala supp. na intake eh.
basta bahala na,
i'll post some progress later kung nakayanan ba?
