Hydroxycut Hardcore pro series question

First of all... Hi sa mga boss/sir/masters, i'm new here sa forum, and i'd really really learned a lot reading ur articles & guides. :wink: (inspite of a year experience in BB)
mejo ok na ko ngaun, from chubby -> slim(not ripped) w/ some serious muscles.. And akala ko dn advanced na ung knowledge na nalalaman ko towards bodybuilding, kasi syempre i proved it myself, from proper from to healthy diet & nutrition at syempre wid d help of supps. dn.. Pero ngaun nabasa ko sa mga ilan threads d2 sa forum, na ung iba ko pala principles eh, somewhat irrelevant, regarding lalo na sa fat burning.. kc un ang main concern ko. cguro i relied too much on supplements kaya napabilis ang progress ko, pero the fact pala eh mali na sya pero nakagawian ko na gawin.. im from 175lbs. 5'6" (not sure bout BF, coz i started with no exercise at all or before, all i know is eating) then trimmed down to 155lbs. but w/ solid muscle mass na. in an aproximately 1 yr na, kasama na un dun ung phasing, (bulking & cutting)... btw im not into a mr.universe physique or an amateur seeking tournaments etc.. all i want is to become lean and ripped. actually guys i use a lot of fat burners, at masasabe ko po na dun ko cguro nakuha yung fat loss ko... proper diet also combined po, but now ang main concern ko is this......
I bought a hydroxycut hardcore pro series, (2 capsules servings)
last few months kasi, so busy at work, and cannot spare a time working out sa gym or sports, so mejo lumiit ako i mean, nag loose ibang muscles ko, cguro 3 weeks off ako nun... and now kc, nagbabalik na me mag gym, nag take ako ulit ng usual supps ko, crea, whey, aminos, and of course ung hydroxycut, since nung firt take ko sya, i followed ung instructions, kaya nga hanggang ngaun ganun pa din ako, i take it 30 mins. 30 mins, in d morning before meals, and 30 mins. before workout, kaya boosted tlga energy ko... ang concern ko po ngaun kc, parang nawala na yung effect nya sken, di ko na na fe-feel yung burning sensation at yung pangi-nginig, kasi yun ang sign ko na effective sya eh, after nun kasi pag nasa gym na ako eh, parang monster na ko magbuhat, kaya andame nagulat dn sken dahil sa progress ko, nalagpasan ko pa mga oldies dun eh... pero ngaun wala na tlga yiung feeling na un, dahil po ba to sa pag off ko sa mga supplements ko, kasi since nag work ako, hindi na consistent ung pag ggym eh, at wala na ko supplement na take, ngaun halos month na pero wala na tlga progress, pero im sure i am doing the same thing ulit, kagaya last year... di ko tuloy sure kng fake yung nabibili ko or is it me na talagang di na maka adopt sa elements, i mean, stress, nutrition, diet, etc? pero a month na nag simula ako nag gym, pero wala na tlga progress, dami kasi nagulat pag balik ko, pumayat daw ako ng husto, pero up until now. wala tlga gains, usually a month lng ng conditional workout at proper training eh, balik agad sa tono.. pero now....:verysad:... help me po guys, enlighten me pls pls...

    Ok about the hydroxycut since nasabi mo na matagal ka nang gumagamit ng fat burners the way i see it 2 ang reasons mo kung bakit huminto na ang progress mo una it's very likely na nag "plateau" ka na sa weight loss part, second chances are tumaas na ang "tolerance level" mo sa ingredients ng fat burners thats why wala na ung jitters after taking the supp (well in fact i've never classified fat burners as supp but as a a legal "drug") after prolonged used kasi of a certain drugs normally naga-adapt yung katawan/immune system natin. saka another thing more likely kaya di na bumababa timbang mo is because halos "pure fats w/ less water" na lang ang natitira sayu and that is very though to burn. i have tried hydroxycut before, nag lose ako ng weight dati w/ it but nag plateau din eventually dahil masyado ko inasa ung pagpapa payat sa gamot.

    I would suggest gawa ka ng journal mo sir dito post mo yung workout routine mo and perhaps your diet then we'll see kung may kailangan i-tweak sa kanila. maaring there is something else sa entire routine mo na kalingan ayusin. :smile:

    ^^ pero bossing kc nag off din me sa everything, as in all supplements, wala na ko na-take since nung nag work aq, which is 6 months term, pero atleast may twice a month aq na WO, ung eating routine ko back to normal, as in regular intake na ng carbs, di gaya nung nag ggym pa ko na consistent, bulking and cutting, diet ko pag cutting semi-strict kaya feel na feel ko ung progress, kasi nakikita ko tlga at ng mga gym mates ko, napag isipan pa ako na nag ttake daw ako ng roids, dahil nga bilis ko daw mag improve... boss tingin ko tama ka tlga, masyado ako nag depend sa supp. eh kaya cguro hinahanap ng katawan ko yung nutrients na un, endo type po kasi ako...
    my program kc during bulking is as follows :

    2hrs every session - abs (alternating)

    monday : chest (all out) instense, kc nag ttake ako ng bsn xplode. para akong sabog kaya ganado sa WO.

    tuesday: shoulder & tri's

    wednesday : legs and back

    thursday : off

    friday : chest ---> repeat cycle na (chest, shoulder, back)

    my supplements:

    -ON 2:1:1 - for recovery : di sya sumasakit pagtapos, kaya balik lakas ko kaagad para next day WO.

    - On whey gold - source ng protein ko to, since vegetarian po ako.
    - On creatine
    - On glutamine
    - BSN xplode - Pre workout..
    - Performance multivitamins.
    tapos yung balanced diet na with carbs, proteins, vitamins and minerals
    wala po me bisyo, 0% yosi at alak. and mahina me sa lean meat, puro fish at veggies lng ako. kasi family ko yun ang nakagawian,
    yan po,
    pag bulking ko po yan,
    pag cutting phase naman, ang nawawala lng lagi yung carb intake ko every 3-4 hrs duration, kasi protein shake ang pinapalit ko po... tapos di na ko nag ttake ng bsn xplode, every before meals at before workout, fat burner ang take ko...
    i'll post a pics po para mas mapaliwanag ko po ng maayos hehehe..
    as of now po kc, di na talaga tumatalab ngaun yung ganyan program ko...

    normal eating lng ako, supplement ko whey, at serious mass, creatine, at multivit. lng gamit ko.. kasi tlgang bagsak katawan ko simula nung di na ko nakapag gym ng ilan months... nag s.mass ako kc para makapg gain weight agad, dame nakapancin na sobra liit ko na... wan ko ba boss bkit naging ganto ako, nasayang ang pinaghirapan ko tuloy....

    consistent din yung nutrients and supplements ko during workout, for almost a year...
    nung nag work me, dun ako nag stop....
    consider ko na nga ung pag stop sa supplements as a cycle eh, pero parang nasobrahan ata....
    panu po ba to gagawin ko?
    cguro pa check na lang ako sa doctor?:verysad:

    Hmmmm... i can't tell you much anything further as to why nde na talaga tumatalab ang fat burners sayu, just simply the "tolerance factor" is what i can think of kaya you are not getting the jitters after taking. medyo well-versed ka na rin pala sir sa pagbubuhat eh. nothing wrong w/ the food choices for protein, as long nacocover ung macro requirements mo at the end of the day (nacocover nga ba sir? heheh) kasi if your friends tell you na lumiliit ka nga then there might be something wrong sa macronutrient coverage mo or even your resting habits. pwera na lang kung thyroid problem ka. how much protein ba usually kinakain mo nowadays? saka bulking ka ba sir or ayou in cut right now?

    talagang laking bagay yung may nakakausap ka, kasi nakikita mo yung problema ei.. thx sir...

    marahil siguro sa resting period at yung macro ko....
    resting kc, babysitter ako ngaun and wala ako constant at quality na sleep or rest man lng... macro nutrients, kasi mejo humina kumain ako, nawala appetite ko. masyado ko inasa sa supplement/s... kasi nung nagwork ako, lahat ng klase ng deprivation nangyari eh... kaya siguro bagsak tlga katawan ko...

    nahirapan na siguro maka recover katawan ko, it takes time, sabe nga nla po.. yung sa fat burning naman, whew! sir, nag-rebound yung weight ko ata, parang mas lalo ako nag gain ng fat eh... ramdam ko tlga, kesa nung nag wo-workout pa me regular....

    thanks anyway sir, salamat naliliwanagan na ko ng husto, di kasi pa din ako makapaniwala kasi nga nasanay ako sa body ko na normal ang function & adaptation eh...

    Hmmmm... see that's y most of the members who have tried fat burner supps here mostly never recommend to the highest level kasi it turns out as an "easy-fix" or "magic beans" sa weight loss, i'm not saying they are not effective it's just having my fair share of usage i realized na nothing really beats "hard-work, proper nutrition, sufficient rest" pag dating sa weight loss or kahit muscle building. its good you are back on track and since now you are, try your best to be consistent sa lahat, workout, nutrition, and rest. You can definitely never go wrong w/ that. And I hope you choose this not as a "temporary" if you get my drift, but instead a "lifestyle" para di ka masyado magmadali and eventually ma frustrate sa results common misconception/mistake to ng marami sa mga nagwo workout be it a man or woman.

    Pinapa klarify mo po ba about ung sa thyroid part?
    ang thyroid gland natin kasi responsible mostly sa pagrerelease/control ng certain hormones that aids for weight loss and growth if I remember it correctly. so if thats messed up, oh you defnitely have a big prob hehehe.

    niweyz dis is my 2nd year of bb'ing if maging successful, (unless back to hectic lifestyle again coz of work0 naku sira nanaman progress ko, last year is my 1st yr. then nag stop ng 6months, then now try ulit mag comprehend sa mga naiwan... at ayaw ko naman dn pabayaan ang naumpisahan, pero ill try na makapagsimula ulit, lalo na lapit lng ng mascu sa work ko.. try ko mag regular ulit, after work or w/ restdays... thanks idol
