Sports or Gym?

Hi there, if you have to choose one thing to keep your body active and your diet and muscles strong what would you prefer between sports or gym. I think sports and gym do not have much difference between them as both of them are used to lose weight, nowadays gym is more used instead of playing sports as it has ability to gain or lose weight under one roof.
what would you prefer? share your experiences.

Actually there is not much difference between sports and gym. But mind over matters in this case. In gym your attention is to make your body fit and healthy but while playing sports our mind is just to enjoy and win. So if you play sports with a mindset of exercise and to make your body fit and healthy you will definitely get fitness results from your sports..

mas masarap maglaro ng sports (basketball for me) kung malakas ka overall (which sa gym mo makukuha). sarap kaya mag fastbreak lalo na kung alam mong d ka mahahabol ng defenders mo. :)
