the proper intake of whey to maximize the effect are:
1. morning (morning muscle) after wakeup.
2. 15 mins before workout
3.intra-workout
4.post-workout
5. between meals
6. before sleeping (w/casein)

Taking it after workout and as a meal replacement every now and then would be enough.
Also, where did you get the term "morning muscle"? So there's afternoon and evening as well?
moring muscle po ay nbasa ko sa isang research... ung twag nila... at lahat po ng cnabi ay base sa reseach and gngawa ko... minsan ksi iba iba tlga ang alam natin e... at ganon din sa reseach.
Di lahat ng nakikita sa internet tama.
Yung iba kasi eh ang pakay ay magbenta ng mga product o program nila. Gaya ng mga magazine, malamang hundred of thousands ang bumibili ng Men's health o iba pang same magazine pero kahit tumambay ka sa mall ng isang araw, wala ka gaanong makikita na maganda ang katawan.
Pero pag mga chicks madami, haha. Karamihan petite na naka short shorts, yun nga lang at baka jail bait hahaha.

Frequent consumption of any supplements is a form of marketing strategy so these supp companies could sell more.
I read a lot as well and from reputable sources from the industry. So far I haven't heard any of those you've mentioned. Just like what stannis said, not everythin on the internet is true. Also, I would only respect information that is valid and true.

may little dilemma kasi ako ngayon, sa web kasi parang halo halo ang mga information about protein intake. may nagsasabi na 1 to 1.1 grams of protein per bodyweight, at meron din 30-40% ng total macro ang protein intake.
sa computation kasi ng caloric intake ko, pag sinunod ko yung 1.1grams of protein per bodyweight, lumalabas na nasa around 25-26% lang ng total macro ko ang protein. kaya medyo nagdadalawang isip ako ngayon kung magtweak ba ako ng macro na papasukin sa 30-35% ang total protein ko per day.
