Help me decide on foods to eat for my required calorie intake

Hi can you help me decide on foods to eat I am required to have 1762 calories daily. Preferably may rice pa din kahit konti lang kasi un lagi ung nandito sa bahay. Thanks

    M1: 1/2 cup quaker rolled oats, 1 banana, and 1 serving whey
    Snack1: Skyflakes Oat Fiber
    M2: 1/2 cup white rice, steamed tilapia.
    M3: 2 poached eggs, century tuna in brine, and 1 serving whey
    Snack2: Skyflakes Oat Fiber
    M4: 1 cup brocolli, boiled/roasted skinless chicken breast and 1 serving whey.

    Total calories: ~1,755
    Total protein: ~172 grams

    Kung gusto mo palitan pwede din. I-google mo na lang yung calories ng gusto mo i-substitute.

    whey protein. supplement sya. as in protein shake/drink. kelangan mo lang to kung kulang yung protein mo from whole foods gaya ko. convenient kasi sya i-prepare kesa whole food lalo na sa tulad kong sariling sikap sa pagluluto.

    Malaki ba pagkakaiba sa calories ng fried sa steamed/boiled?

    well yes, because fried food of course uses oil, and oil is obviously fat be it saturated or unsaturated. and fat has the highest amount of calories per gram out of all the three macronutrients. so if you compare the calories of 30gram of steamed chicken breast w/ 30 grams of the same part in fried, chances are high na mas mataas talaga si fried sa calories.

    Kung gusto mo ng medyo malasang oats (though best pa din ang rolled oats), eto pwede.. Weight gainer na din ang dating..

    Sakin pinaghahalo ko sa shaker :

    1 scoop Whey
    1 scoop (scoop ng whey) quaker instant oats choco flavor
    1 scoop non fat milk

    8oz water + ice cubes

    = yum yum yum to!

    Kung may blender ka pwede mo pa lagyan ng peanut butter at saging.
    Kung wala naman, papakin mo na lang :biggrin:

    Uy, nice. Nagsasawa na'ko sa rolled oats. Ma-try nga yan with saging pero without the milk.
