Weight training program for weight loss

Hello fellow PBB members. Newbie here on the forum seeking help and advice on a good weight training program.

Goal: Lose weight and gain muscle (not too bulky)
Current weight: 165 lbs
Height: 5'7"
Age: 29
body fat: 20%-25% probably?
Never used supplements before but am open to suggestions wag lang masyado mahal =]

Was at 147 lbs dati tas lumobo ko after 2 years na wala training. I know I can somehow cut 20 pounds off through muay thai in 2 months (sport ko dati 160 lbs when I started tas na bring down ko to 147 kac un un weight class nun nilabanan ko welterwight hehe nagyun pang sumo na ko) pero un itsura kac nun katawan ko noon hinde defined un muscles. Un legs ko lang medyo defined dahil dun kc un bulk nun training.

Hingi sana ko advice to compliment muay thai training na treat ko as cardio, then follow ko mga advice and suggestion nyo for weight training para mag gain ako muscle definition. Nainspire ako sa mga journals sa site may pag asa pa ko haha.

I'm also looking into using clen-40 nakita ko effective sa mga forums, any insights sa gamot na to for those who already tried it? I plan to do Muay thai trainng 3 times a week then probably un weight training in between. May ma suggest po ba kayo na program, schedule, supplement para malaman ko proper routine?     what are the most important exercises to do lose your weight in days as I have gained so much weight in just a few days. Due to fatness I look more than my actual age and I am getting lazy day by day which is giving me a mental stress. I have joined gym but I do not what exercises are best to reduce weight in short time.
