    amino acids = building blocks of protein. pero may ibang AA na hindi present sa whey. If may budget ka then go lalo na kung habol mo ung specific effect nung certain AA pero kung ala OK lang din mag whey ka na lang.

    I just wanted to add, for Optimum Nutrition's Amino 2222:

    question lang mga sir. balak ko sana mag amino softgel for anti catabolic. before sleep lang ba talaga siya pede inumin? currently drinking mutant whey with bcaa. pede ko pa ba idagdag ung Amino (Softgel) for anti catabolic? lagi kasi gutom na gutom kada gising. bilis kasi panunaw ko.
