Need help..

i felt there's something wrong with my work out or supplements that i take.. can you please give a little time to read my routine? Your respond will be much appreciated..


Nov 2011 to Apr 2012

Age: 23 yrs old
Height: 5'5''
Weight: 145 lbs
Pre-work out : 2 tablets of amino 3000 & 2 tablets of creatine
Post-work out : 2 tablets of amino 3000 , 2 tablets of creatine, & 2 scoop of nitrotech (8oz)

Workout:

Day 1 Chest & Biceps
3x12 bench (1st set) 35 lbs & 45 lbs ( 2nd & 3rd sets) dumbbells
3x12 incline (1st set) 35 lbs & 45 lbs ( 2nd & 3rd sets) dumbbells
3x12 decline (1st set) 35 lbs & 45 lbs ( 2nd & 3rd sets) dumbbells
3x10 dips
3x12 dumbbell concentration 15lbs
3x12 barbell curls 15-20lbs

Day 2 Rest

Day 3 Shoulders & Triceps
3x12 Military press (1st set) 30 lbs & 40 lbs ( 2nd & 3rd sets) dumbbells
3x12 Front raise 25 lbs plate
3x12 Right Row 35 lbs plate
3x12 close grip triceps push down 20-30lbs
3x12 seated triceps press 30lbs

Day 4 Rest

Day 5 Back
3x12 Pull over 40lbs Dumbbell
3x12 Close-Grip Cable pull down 40-50lbs
3x12 One-Arm Dumbbell row 40 lbs
3x12 Wide-grip seated cable row 40-50lbs

Day 6 Rest

Day 7 Rest

i often work out on my legs because i used to ride a bike going and off to work (2hours monday to friday)


Questions:
1. Is there any problem with my routine that's make my muscle grow slow?
2. is it being lactose intolerance diminish the benefits of whey protein?
3. Can you please give me tips on how I can improve my muscle?


Goal:
hmm i want to get bulk first.. and after done with bulking phase.. then imma start to cut until i meet this bro.. maybe 3 years would be enough to achieve this?

    - lift heavy ass weights
    - proper nutrition
    - rest

    do more compound lifts!

    You still have to do separate leg day training, biking doesn't count unless bundok ang dinadaanan mo for sure makapal thighs mo nyan. Iba kasi squat it triggers a lot of muscles.

    Sa whey lactose Intolerance mo naman, saging lang before drinking whey or have a meal muna.

    im not an expert, but here it goes
    answers:
    1.too much volume on exercises
    2.maybe..are you?, focus on the fundamentals and more important things first :)
    3.tip>find a more balance routine, etc...
    my questions:
    whats ur bf%?
    how long hv u been training?kumusta ang improvement ng strength?
    what is your goal( get strong, get hoooge etc....)
