Mga boss okay lang ba tong workout ko?

Goal - builde muscle and lose body fats

workout 1 and 2- circuit training/ kinuha ko sa p90x. muscle training din.

work out 3 and 4 - heavy workouts (bench press,squats,deadlifts,rows,pull ups)

Siyempre may rest in between workouts.dipende sa sched.

Pa clear or paayos naman sa mga masters diyan hehehe.
