mga master gawin ko 5x5 routine ko ok lang b2 arrangement??
ska shud i do cardio on my off days? T / TH / Sat

MONDAY:
> Barbell Squats : 5x5[/b]
> Bench Press : 5x5
> Bent Over Row : 5x5
> Weighted Dips : 3x8-10
> Skullcrushers: 3x8-10

WEDNESDAY:
> Barbell Deadlift : 5x5
> Military Press : 5x5 or overhead?
> Pullups : 4xMax
> Lateral Raises : 3x8-10
> Barbel Shrugs : 3x8-10

FRIDAY:
> Squats : 5x5
> Bench Press : 5x5
> Bent Over Row : 5x5
> Barbell Curls : 3x8-10
> Leg press or Lunges : 3x8-10

***abs exercises at the end of each day

Ex. bench press: (tama ba? gn2 ung pag increase ng weights?)
1st set - 70lbs
2nd - 80lbs
3rd - 90lbs
4th - 100lbs
5th - 110lbs
