    ok a few questions muna, how long have you been lifting? IMHO promatrix is a good choice na if you're on a tight budget, and i don't think you would really need the amino since may whey kana as a protein supplement that way you can save a bit more money. and focus more in covering your macronutrients from solid food sources instead of supplements. :)

    ah ok. well if your budget permits PM7 and amino is fine as a combi for protein source, however like ive said, focus more on solid food intake if you want get big. like nung mga sabi ng ibang brothers natin dito hindi po "magic beans" ang supplements so don't expect/rely too much from it just my two cents :lol:

    Para mapa target natin kung ano aim mo sir, tsaka ma guide ka rin ng mga masters natin dito,..

    Tanong rin? Sa anong pamamaraan mo iniinum yan? anong mga Supps ang Pre WO? ano naman ang supps sa Post WO?
