Anong supplement po ba ang dapat kong itake para maging bulk ako, payat kasi akong tignan. 5'7 po ako tapos 130 lbs lang. Nag ggym po ako 4x a week. Nagpaplan po ako bumili ng 15 lbs Mutant Mass. ok po ba un? :huh:

    since supplement lang naman ang question mo, i assume your daily food intake is slightly more than your body's base daily caloric need

    as for mass gainers, kung ecto ka, yes, you can take it. kung tabain ka, i suggest to avoid such mass gainers kase instead na solid ung protina papasok sa muscle mo, aabsorb muna ng katawan mo ung fats na makukuha mo from the shake

    sa weight mo na 130, and kung susundan mo ung starting protein gram intake na 1.2 - 1.5grams per pound of bdyweight, u need roughly around 152-195grams of protein daily. Distribute mo nalang coming from foods and the protein shake you will drink.

    kung hindi ka enganyo kumain, i suggest add multivit to your supp.

    focus on doing compound lifts, go heavy, train smartly, eat frequently and rest
