More height = more strength pero ganyan yung mga buhat mo.
Pero never ako tumigil lumakas at magka PR's ng bongang bonga if I say to myself na
"Tangina, kelangan ko maangat to. My life depends on it" mejo extreme mindset pero it gets the job done.

Na try mo ba training every day of the week?

Good luck brah.

Uu naman bro, Umm well sa loob ng 10 years on and off... Tiyaka masasabi ko I had a good progress..

You stay natural? But you are taking protein or weight gain, creatine, amino to help you put mass? so whats the difference using aas?

I hope you see the logic bro.

    - sorry face palm ako dito, putting aas in line with supplements, sobrang mali lang ng pag-iisip na to, i'm not against aas gagamit ako neto in the future pero your context of putting aas and supplements in the same category is not right.

and no offense brah if you really did your research as you claim you really wouldn't be classifying aas substances with whey protein mass gainers amino etc. lol.

and this is the real logic that i can deduct from the claim you made ,if whey is to aas then chicken is to aas.

nice logic on this. but. meh...

Well, I no here to start a debate, Lets just respect individual point of views.

Depende yan sa choice ng tao. Kung gusto mo mag natural so go, If you choose to add AAS go.. wala naman dapat i debate pa dun.

So kung sa tingin ninyo na mag progress kayo and ma reach ninyo goal without aas so go. Totoo kahit wala aas mag grow ka in a year. But if I can do it less than a year bakit hindi.

I hope you see the logic bro.

Whey, mass gainer, amino etc are natural. Made from natural ingredients. From milk, from food.
    ASS is synthetic.

I get your logic (kung ang logic mo ay tutal may ginagamit na din para makatulong sa pag put ng mass edi sagadin na at gumamit na din ng aas).
But Whey and AAS are two totally different things.

Pero yung icompare ang whey and AAS.... that's a different story :)
    just sayin :)

I am not comparing aas sa mga supplements, I even taking weight gain ngayon, Just sayin addin aas would reach your goal dramatically.

If you would breakdown ang mga comments ei obviously people debating about being natural vs aas.. Wala naman dapat i debate pa dun, Its all about you... On how you want to reach your goal.
  • You stay natural? But you are taking protein or weight gain, creatine, amino to help you put mass? so whats the difference using aas?

hindi din ako nakiki pag debate. pero eto kase sabi mo eh, "whats the difference" so ibig sabihin sa statement eh aas and natural supplements eh same lang.

sa lahat, pls wag nanaten i question yung 10yrs of lifting nya. ang importante antayin naten matapos ang cycle nya. kung may naidulot bang maganda, may gains ba na masasabi.

so kaunti nalang matatapos na cycle neto. lets be patient.
  • Teka.

    hihihi.

    ilang weeks na lang ba?

Sakto yung timing, nagbabasa-basa ako about cycles ...nakatapos ako bigla ng isang journal.

anyway, good luck sa goal man ... count me in sa naka abang sa progress and updates

Di lang maganda kumbinasyon ng words ni baraks pero I get his point. Explain mo kasi further brah to avoid confusion

We chose to supplement with whey to fill in the gaps and he chose AAS, both aimed at getting results.

    +1
Kay papa dalts, na post ko na din dati dito na let us all move on the "you're not ready part" etc.

    What matters is the results.
  • BarakoBarako Posts: 120
D ko lang masyado na elaborate pasensiya. Maganda man o hindi kalabasan nito at least meron na khit konting reference yung mga gustong gumamit ng aas, Wala naman best cycle or best substance its a matter on how your body react to substance. At the end of the day proper nutrition, rest, supplementation, insanse training pa din, Dun pa rin mag rely ang results nito.

    Peace.

For me, okay lang kung mag AAS sya, pero sabi nga nila, para hindi ma misinform yung mga newbies na tulad namin eh don't compare AAS to whey, etc about that.

Sad hindi na pala ako natty amf..lol that too much internet!

Seriously I'm waiting on his biggest and baddest transformation ever. Good luck
