Me I work now 11-12hrs (used top be 8-9hrs) a day but still canmanage to insert my workouts during my work days. It's all about "making time" bro. I know it's easy to say though not easy to do but it doesn't mean it is "impossible" right?
People are actually prone to acquire habits (be it good or bad) when it comes to their daily activities and apparently most habits starts "small" and usually having a proper mindset does the trick. So my advice is start w/ your mindset na "wag tamarin palagi" if you really want to get somewhere in the iron game. Soon enough you'll notice second to nature mo na ang mag train kahit na wala ka ng idea kung anong araw ka huling nagbuhat ung tipong pag di ka makapagbuhat eh di ka mapakali :P
Also another thing if you can find ways na maminimize if not ma-eliminate totally the things that stresses you out that would definitely help.
Also tama rin ung advice ni monch i think training at the start of your day will work better for you as that is what i do right now in fact training first thing during "my morning" keeps me awake for the rest of the day and i'm full of energy apparently.

hehe 3 workouts per week.

Sa case mo kung pagod ka na after work, the best time is before talaga.
