hindi ko pa natry yung red rice. white and brown rice lang. So far, same lang sila ng effect sakin pagdating sa condition pero sa endurance medyo parehas tayo ng experience. kadalasan sa 4th WO ko strength at endurance wise kaya pa kaso iba na ang feeling sa joints at breathing, struggle na. naobserve ko naman pag nagload ako na may kasamang processed carbs mas matagal ako madeplete sa buong week.
ibig sabihin may mali. pag sa gabi eh nakakaramdam ka ng gutom. and rice is not the culprit why your were fat, its the EXCESS CALORIES. and believe me dude. the 5kgs you lose was just water. body water.

About protein I don't think so sa aming magpapamilya ako lagi tumitira ng mga ulam almost sakin lahat meat kasi most of the time pag gabi Either Fried Chicken, Lechon Manok or BBQ ung alam namin, sakin ung pinaka marami so sila ang kulang sa protein hindi ako kaya lang wala nga lang kanin , umiinom ako ng gatas after workout and morning and I take multivitamins everyday

nung tumaba ako ng wild... at yeah I was once afraid to gain weight back after my crash diet, pero nung pinalamon ako nila boss dalts, milk, mighty oak, ds nung first GWO ko ayun it all started na.. mas okay ang fat loss ko compared sa weightloss ko.

Sustainability wala sa english ko un HAHAHAHA my answer is I don't know, I have no idea how long I can handle this but the only thing I know is I feel like I'm extremely motivated to lose weight but I have a plan to stop reducing weight when I feel like I'm skinny already not a lean one.I got few questions for you sir pala :

Sorry if I didn't mention that my family and I only ate Fish, Pork Beef, and vegetable at the lunch but our dinner is usually Fried Chicken, Lechon Manok and BBQ

I know what you're talking about but I only remove the white rice not the whole food ! furthermore I prefer to eat more than to get lean cause I hate having hard time but I must discipline myself not to eat cause I believe abdominal muscle is made in the kitchen.

Dinner - Lechon Manok, BBQ, Fried Chicken, 1 pc of banana or other fruits and 1 pc of vitamins

I'd say the 1 glass of milk standard per serving nasa 8ish g protein, 30ish carbs and 10ish fats... tapos quaker oats, wasn't sure kung standard 100g yan, na may 8-10ish g of protein, 10ish g of fats, at 60ish g of carbs.

I am the epitome of skinny fat syndrome. Tough shit, but that's reality. Deal with it. Sabi nga ni allen, NO EXCUSES. I dare say, EXCUSES ARE FOR WIMPS. lol
Based on my limited 2 years of experience, iba iba talaga ang genetics ng tao. Which means there is no "one size, fits all" approach to our physical goals. Know your body, understand it well and make the necessary adjustments towards your goal.
