Kasama sa daily diet yung mga pizzas, burgers, processed foods, sweets, etc..
Meron kasing nagsasabing naka IIFYM sila pero kung titignan mo kinakaen e hindi naman kahit ano kinakaen.

Most people get the concept of IIFYM wrongly, or used in an exaggerated sense. When you say IIFYM, it doesn't necessarily mean that you can eat cake for all your carbs and hotdogs for all your protein. What IIFYM simply means is, that you count your macronutrients and that you could fit 'unclean' food in your diet, as long as you have hit micronutrient and fiber needs. Most of the food that you should consume on IIFYM is still 'clean'
