    Went to the Gym alone kanina to find my max weight and rep... I made sure no one is around... so once i lie down the bench and start pumping, no one will be there to help me..

    hehehe i started warming up, then for my 3rd set (working set), i lie down, tapos sabi ko sa sarili ko, do at least 3 or you'll die.. maiipit ka! nyahahahaha..

    To others, wag nio ko gayahin ha bad to. :D its always important to have a gym buddy to look after you.

    i did this to know my progress sa 5x5 program ko, i just finished 1 month.

    Flat bench
    Before: 174 lbs x 3 (including the weight of the bar)
    After: 194 lbs x 3 (including the weight of the bar)

    Squat
    Before: 180 lbs x 5
    After: 205 lbs x 5

    Deadz
    Before: 170 lbs x 5
    After: 210 lbs x 5

    it is expected that from this day on, i will be having new PRs every week.
    Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey!!!

    lakas nyong 2 ahh...ilang reps yang 200 lbs??ako max ko pa lang 150lbs eh x 7 x 2..buti kayo ngkakasabay magbuhat pang motivate din me kasama tlaga...

    uu maganda ang gamit! maliit lang un gym pero magaganda un gamit halos parang mga bago pa :D
