My journey from 220 lbs to 146 lbs

This was my humble beginning on the year 2011 at 220 pounds
I started to be dedicated light weight and diet
I started to lose weight
here I am at 180 lbs
Then more dieting and hard work
150 pounds at this point
around 143-145 at this weight and I lost weight until I was 135 lbs
I dirty bulked up to 154 lbs but gained too much fat. hahaha
This si me at APRIL 11, 2013 - at 146.5 lbs but feels and looks like i've lost a little fat
waistline went from 33 now 30 inches flat

For me lang I would prefer ung sa 150 pics, based sa pic parang naglose ka din ng muscle mass nung nagcut ka up to 135.

Last time kasi sobrang dirty bulk lang. hahaha tagal ko kasi nag papayat :P
pero ngayon settled na ako sa diet sanay na
My next bulk will be much much better

Bali monday-sat ako nag bubuhat sunday is rest. then repeat
gusto ko kasi twice a week natatamaan ang muscle. dahil pag natural bodybuilding 48 hours lang ang protein synthesis or ang tinatawag nating muscle building
medium lang din ang volume ko sa bodyparts kaya hindi ako ma oovertrain

Kaya mo yan since ganda ng progress ng weight loss mo.
Ako 165lbs @ 5'7 and still bulking process parin para match sa heavy workout ko ngayon. At syempre dirty bulking kasi sobra busy.hehe.
Ahh goodluck sa goals natin sir! hehe.
