bro anong klaseng isda yan? gusto ko isama sa diet ko yung fish eh.
Minimum of 6 eggs/day, chicken breast 198 per kilo tumatagal naman ng 1 week pag sineswerte, nagaraya yung tag 18 pesos minsan yung mani sa streets and 1 maliit na low fat milk. meryenda pancit or lomi basta kung ano yung meron sa suki kong tindahan kasabay to ng 3 eggs.
whey 3 scoops hehe morning, pre and post workout.
btw nasa cutting pa din ako still try to get rid of my lower abdominal fats.

Ok lang ata ang fish paps, ang kalaban minsan is yung mercury content niya.

Since im on Bulking phase, here's my diet.
3 macronutrients food group.
Protein-Anything lean. Cuts of red meat, poultry like Chicken(esp. breast), eggs,Tuna,Cottage Cheese(sa may Los Banos mura)
minsan Soy/Tofu pag dumaan si suki(non-GMO ofcourse)
Complex carbohydrates(slow released of energy)-Brown rice(minsan), oatmeal, cereal, whole grain/wheat bread, at si Kamote^_^
Fats- like flaxseed and fish oil, Egg yolk, Peanuts, Avocado
And syempre kailangan rin ng calorie for a hardgainer like me, so i consume 20-24 times calorie of my bodyweight...
Im also taking Promatrix7 before going to bed, para iwas catabolic effect..:)

pero di parin nawawala salmon at ibang protein source before and after ng Training...

Mid-morning - yogurt/chuckie

On tamad days

so far, di pa naman ako nakakakuha ng salmonella sa raw eggs
around 2 years ko na yata ginagawa ang pagkain ng raw egg
