Consuming fat will NOT make you fat. Excessive calorie intake WILL make you fat. Just wanted to add that in case you have the thinking na eating fat makes someone fat.

^ako naman sir sarado gym kaya makaka pahinga ng thursday to sunday. sir pag sinabi bang kain tulog sir as in parang cheat day mo lang? or sakto lang? curious lang
^ kakatapos ko lng kc nung program ko kaya pahinga talaga..nung nagttrain ako i had cheat days nung last month na,1 cheat day a week pero ung cheat day n un dpat pasok p dn sa macro n kelangan ko for that day..nagbabaon tlaga ako that time para sakto ung kinakain ko eventually nsanay n ako..mahalaga ang rest days when u train,dito mas nagrerecover at naggrow ang muscles :^^

sa workout days, before/during/after ang concentration ng carbs. after that more on protein + fats na.
sa non-workout days, minimum ang carbs. protein + fats na kadalasan ang diet.
check nyo na lang yung ebook. nasa chapter 14 nung ebook ang mahabang explanation/
