    Yan yung bagong version ng E-cig Buh! Effective naman 2 mos nako walang yosi!!! Sasarap pa ng mga flavors! Kung wala jan bibili kita dito, simula nung mag quit ako mas lalo akong lumakas lalo na yung resistensya ko wala na yung hingal factor!!!

    Buh eto pwede mong sundan na poundages if you are aiming to pull 350 for 1 max but take note this will not be easy pero should fire up your CNS well enough before ka mag heavy singles.

    Buh- wag mo na ulitin yung pag jerk ng bar sa start ng pull at pag shoot up ng hips first. Perfect recipe yan for a biceps tear plus lower back injury.

    Yown salamat sir mighty...hindi ko sya napansin while doing the lift...nung pinapanuod ko na lang nakita lahat..
    malaking tulong din talaga yung vid...tsaka naka strap din kasi ko jan sir at yung grip ko hindi yung usual kong ginagawa na alternate grip...

    Ulitin ko ulit sya doing the alt grip kasi dun ako mas comftable..

    Pero ayus na ko sumali sa harlem shake db??ahahaha

    @allen so far settled ang lower back ko doing the dl always..katakot yang pop na yan...hindi ko din pinipilit kapag hindi na kaya...

    pero may renewal na hindi pa lang nagagamit ulit...
