just a reminder that nutrition is also key in building muscle
and growth happens after you go to the gym. kaya d natin pwede isantabi.
some basic knowledge lang:
only protein builds muscle
rest is important
be careful from overtraining
and i encourage you to read more para di sayang ung time spent in the gym.
