not as promising like others. but im still doing my best for more and very good results.
Saka nako magpo-post ng saking kasi 2 weeks pa lang nung inumpisahan ko ito. Sinusubukan ko yang ginagawa ni Dalts bulking while on IF. Yung first try ko kasi nyan cutting phase din.
ty paps, uu paps dapat kahet papano mag gain padin ung lifting stats ko, idol kita eh, aesthetics + power. ayaw ko ng aesthetics + AMPAO lol.
Ganito din gusto ko!

Ako din yan sinusubukan ko ngayon sa bulking phase since tabain talaga tiyan ko pati sa gilid ng kili kili.
Sana lang maabot ko calorie surplus ko kasi medjo mahina pa ko kumain sa isang upuan, baka ang mangyari nito kala ko bulking ako yun pala pumapayat na ko hehehe.
Parang nung Sunday sa Aristocrat sabi ni ermats, Oh bakit half chicken lang yan? Sabi ko akin lang yan kasama yung 3/4 na order ng kare-kare, 2 sticks Pork BBQ at 2 1/2 half rice.
Matesting nga minsan yan, pag di naubos... may ref naman e hahahaha.
uu naman eto lage kong inaabangan araw araw pag tapos ng fasted training ko, hahaha! bukas nde ako fasted sana malakas padin, lolz.

@Allen- tama si Dalts sanayan lang yan sa kain, kahit din naman ako nahirapan sa una parang ang daming pagkain sa isang upuan pero eventually naka adjust din naman.
pwede ko naman piliin mag ka abs papa, pero pucha lampayatot ako nun, liit arms, sayang ang hirap at pagod ko, so gayahin ko ung mga bb people, lake mid section pero matigas at may muscle kaka buhat ng mabigat, haha!
mag sitigil ka! teka hanapin ko pic mo full abs walangya ka ah!
Kung may problema ka sa abs eh di wala na pala kaming pag-asa na masilayan namin yun!!! hahaha!
potaena, may abs pero hindi ampao bumuhat! hindi ung 12 reps 12 reps tapos 20kgs lang bp amf mabigat paung body weight!

ganda ng progress ni sir dalton! kapal na nung huli ... lalo nakaka motivate yang mga ganyang bagay ...
at yung abs naman ni sir last ... dun ako mejo nang hina ... at nahiya sa tiyan ko ... still, i need to convert this feeling into inspiration/motivation.

1st, in taking this method, kelangan daily siya gawin tama?
and pano sa weekend? may cheat day din ba? o kelangang ituloy kahit sat and sun ...and ibahin na lang yung oras?
