Panibago kong listahan to dahil nakalaboso ko sa dati kong journal..

For the brand new start...
I had a great workout yesterday kaya DOMS day today..ansarap ng feeling ng hindi makagalaw..
I will start the Intermittent fasting and Leangains..

DB Military Press

DB Lat Raise

Tricep push down
90, 100, 130, 150 x 10
btw, no need to post pic..nagkalat na pagmumuka ko sa forum..pics during the group wo will be posted in my photo journal..ayaw pa din gumana ng bluchut ko eh...pacheck ko bukas sa office...

ayos naman yung wo mo kahapon form and weight wise. next time heavy naman tayu para mas sulit ang buhat!
