just dont train those aching parts directly. its just doms, it will go away. some of my friends take alaxan fr and they say it helps. me i train them even if its still aching basta napahinga ko na ng 2 days.
pero lagi natin tatandaan din po na NO Pain,NO Gain at may side effect sa puso yung mga pain reliever na iniinom,kung meron mga pinapahid like omega or salonpas,yun na lang para sa labas lang. Ok lang yan,masasanay ka rin. Ako nga nasasarapan kapag sumakit yung muscle part na nilaro ko kasi alam ko na tama yung ginawa ko at piang paguran ko

REST muna brader.. Bayaan mo muna magrepair ung mga maskels mo.. Like what sir milk said, DOMS yan, usually nag stay yan for 2-3 days.. Mas ok din Kung wag mo na inuman ng pain reliever, I believe tolerable naman yan.. Mas ok ung natural saying magheal..

Well my take on this is we can't really rely on DOMS as a gauge if tama or successful yung training natin since it's just the body's natural reaction when exposed to resistance training or even by just doing some physically demanding tasks.
Also, we should not take the saying "No Pain, No Gain" literally since it can just lead to injuries. Train hard, train heavy but most of all train SMART.

Nag-gym ako tapos sumakit katawan ko dahil dun. Nagpahinga ako ng one day naman pero di pa rin nawawala ang sakit.
Advisable/ok ba na mag-gym ulet kahit masakit pa ang katawan?

last wednesday. Gusto ko sana gym mamayang hapon after work, kaso un nga masakit pa. Kaya ko naman siguro kaso baka lumala, di kaya? hehe
