Taga-Chicago IL, USA ako.160lbs sa 2003 at walang muscle mass o definition Tapos nag-balloon up sa 220lbs sa 2007 salamat sa sobrang stressful job sa Pharmacy. Mahirap ang mga simple task, hal: umakat ako sa stairs ng bahay ko o nag-jog ako para sa 10-15 minutos. Kailangan ko ang baguhin sa buhay ko. Nag-start ako sa P90X program, pero sobrang time consuming at hindi kumpleto, konti lang ang chest building exercises. Nag-increase ako ang cardio dahil sa Krav Maga Martial arts para isang taon. Tapos ang number 1 motivation tool ay Bodybuilding.com. Parang bodybuilding bible sa akin. Sobrang motivated na kapag dumating ako sa Philippines para school sa Physical Therapy 1 year 1/2 ago

nag-follow ako bodybuilding bulking transformation with Derek Charliebois
Day 1 Monday: upper body high reps light weight
Day 2 tuesday: lowerbody high reps light weight
Day 3 wed:rest
Day 4 thursday: upper body high reps light weight but different workouts from monday
Day 5 friday: lower body high reps light weight but different workouts from tuesday
Day 6 sat:rest
Day 7 sun:rest
following week: same pero increase weight and lower reps
so forth and so forth until sobrang bigat kasama 2-3 reps lang
following week: defeat the amount of weight on day 1
so forth and so forth

Ang diet ko parang dirty bulk para sa isang linggo tapos clean bulk diet sa dalawang linggo
always eat good amount of protein and carbs every 3-4 hours even before bed:D
7-8 hours of rest is important to bulk dinto cut down i started following si Kris Gethin Hardcore Transformation for 3 monthsnagdagdag ang 30min cardio session sa stationary bike every day tapos abs din everyday(15-20min)
Ang diet ko 1 month b4 competition: egg whites at gulay para sa isang araw tapos boiled chicken breast at conti komote another day. eat every 2 hours(sobrang small portions)
