May nakatry or nakasubok na po ba sa inyo ng Intermittent Fasting while Bulking?
gusto ko po sanang makakuha ng advice sa inyo lalo na sa mga masters dito.

I did this for the first time last year, first week pa lang I feel better, nabawasan significantly ang love handles ko, hindi mabigat sa bulsa dahil skipped ang breakfast, ayos ang bowel movement at hindi laging bloated ang feeling.
Can't say if I did the right intermittent fasting since hindi ako clean eating. But I'd definitely try this again

basically pag bulk daw sa IF, very high calorie on lift days, mejo high calorie on rest days, tapos sa lifts RPT pero 3 sets instead of 2.

boss @jazone maraming salamat tol! hindi kasi ako nagbibilang ng calories or carbs ko sa macros ko. but i do 15-16 hours fasting everyday. at sa feeding window ko doon ako nakain ng madami. sometimes i do fasted workout depends on my schedule sa work.
Based kasi sa napagaralan ko, ang most important part ng IF is yung training WHILE fasted. So kapag may chance ka na magworkout fasted, make the most of it.
kaya nga eh. most important part of the IF is yung fasted workout. for 1 week kasi 3 times lang ako nakakapag workout ng walang laman ang tyan. it depends on my sched sa work. haha
pre ok na yun. TAma yung 3 times workout a week. tapos fasted pa lahat yun. Maganda yun
