Need some advice

I started lifting 2yrs ago, sobrang skinny ko pa nun .. by the way im an ectomorph then yun nga for the first year na nag start ako 8months straight po ako nag bubuhat thenthen after that pahinto hinto na dahil sa computer games and 1 more thing is my shoulders na sumasakit lalo na pag chest exercises.
1st question po.
panu mawawala itong shoulder pain ko?
saan po ako dapat kumonsulta.
2nd .. pa advice naman po ng food to eat. magsisimula na ulit ako magbuhat .
limited lang po budget ko, dahil minimum wage earner lang ako ..
maraming salamat po..
if pwede advice din po sa weekly routine ko ng work out

Shoulder pain? Like pins and needles pain? Rotator cuff yan sir, total rest for a few weeks...if it still presist, have it checked, might have torn something, or it might be just a cold shoulder
Sometimes ba sir when you put both your hands behind your head when sleeping or just lying down, tapos pag nag change position or after waking up masakit ang shoulder mo?
go to an ortho to have it checked, he/she'll do a battery of test if its serious or not, that mostly happen when lifting too heavy weights with bad form
Try mong mag pahilot then baka my naipit lng n ugat. kc ung sakin sa back nmn dati then dahil dun hirap ako mag shoulder at mag chest kc sumasakit talaga, then pinahilot ko sya kaso di marunong ung mang hihilot then I decided na manood ng youtube about back and shoulder pain un my mga video ko na panood yon ginawa ko whahwha. so far ok nmn hehe.
Parang cold shoulder lang, well have you done some hot compress? Btw,,,do you drive, if yes, how long and how many times a week?

I got that from driving, the aircon vent was hitting my right shoulder. I went to have a deep sports massage, it did the trick...
maybe when you do your chest exercise like barbell press your grip was wide and it causes strain to your shoulders.. you could try other variations like medium grip barbell press instead and other machines for chest workout for the meantime while you recuperate your shoulder. but seeing the doctor would be the best option kaso mahal nga lang
buhat mo lang ng magaan yan at proper form. had that 2 yrs ago at nawala lang din.. warm-up your rotator cuffs before chest and delts exercise to avoid that injury. Leave your ego at home, go with lighter weights you can lift and up the intensity. Your muscle won't recon the weights but the stress you put unto it.
