Di naman sa dependent, Sir. Gusto ko lang masigurado na narereach ko yung macros ko. Hard gainer rin kasi ako kaya gusto ko mag-experiment ng ways para kahit papano mapadali yung pag-attain ng goals ko lalo na ngayon na pabago pabago ang sched gawa ng work.
Sa post mo, 3x a day ang scoop of whey. Kung di ako nagkakamali, 1 scoop of whey contains around 25 grams of protein. Dati rin kasi umiinom ng protein supplement
Sa 1 kg of lean meat (beef, chicken, pork, or fish), may 200 grams of protein na. Sa 1 whole Andok's Litson manok, I think it has 80 to 100 grams
Nasaan ang gulay sa diet mo ? Wag mo iasa sa supplements ang vitamins.
Ano na ba ang deadlift / bench press / pull up / squat mo ngayon relative to your bodyweight ? Dyan mo malalaman kung ok ang diet mo

Deadlift, hindi po ako nag dedeadlift. I have a fear na baka bumalik ang lumbar injury ko.
Bench press, 120lbs, 12 reps. 130lbs, 10 reps, 140lbs, 8 reps and max is 160 in 5 reps.
@ nrg500 , yup..nag sign up ako dito last january lang. nagbubuhat na ako since 2013. pero hindi tuloy tuloy due to work sched at palaging out of town. until na divert ako sa running, cycling , hiking at ngayon eh paddling naman.
ngayon, off season muna ako sa running para sana mag gain ng muscle. pero nag babike pa din ako, bike to work naman. hiking once a month or twice. and i am new to paddling ( Dragon Boat ), weekend ang training. so nagbubuhat ako, TTH lang after office and kung lucky na may free time ng Saturday, I do lift.
Ngayon lang ako ulit nag tutuloy tuloy sa gym nga straight 2 months na. Ang Diet ko naman, kung ano lang maisipan kainin pero less sa junk foods at street foods. Most likely, sa meat and chicken, plus eggs. At hindi din mawawala ang sweets, weakness ko na yun eh.

Tama si sir @nrg500, napakalaking factor ng diet. almost 2years ako nagbuhat na walang alam sa diet. Ayon, wala nangyari saken. Buti na lng nakita ko tong site na to, natuto ako ng proper workout at diet

Based sa mga nabasa ko at sabi din ng iba dito, pede ka magloading or hindi mag-loading phase. Ang difference lang yata eh mas mabilis magttake effect kapag loading phase ginawa mo. Saken kasi hindi nako nagloading phase, 5grams per day lang. As far as i remember parang pang 3rd week running to 4th week ko pa naramdaman effect ng creatine. PM7 + dymatize creatine gamit ko now
