ano po ba dapat kong gawin pataba pa? o pa cut na? almost 4 months na po ko mag bubuhat 65kgs po yun weight ko saka bakit d gumagalaw yun weight ko stable lng sya eh ano ba dapat gawin help po mga master

bulking ka ba sir? gawa ka sir journal tapos lagay mo pics mo kung meron saka ung workout routine para nmakita nung mga masters dito at mabigyan ka magandang advise sa prob mo.

chest- tricep
back - bicep
shoulder-traps-forearm
legs- abs
pa hingi naman po ng example ng bulking diet yung mura

4months is not enough. kumbaga sir nasa peak ka palang nyan, set your goals, if you want to be big,bulk then go ahead go bulk, if you want to cut and theres no muscles to cut? so what to cut? confusing?

Saan mo nakuha yung 5%/week na add ng weight? Rule of thumb is add 5lbs for pressing exercises and 10lbs for deadlift and squats on every training session not every week.
