    kelan ba next gwo??tinatamad na ko umalis..ala pa clearance ko..amp..

    tumakbo ko knina..almost 1 hr din..takbo lang ng takbo..
    ala ko stopwatch..lobat pala yung dala kong phone..
    tapos hindi ko alam yung route ko..
    kung san san ako pumasok..
    tumigil na lang din ako dahil baka hindi na ko makauwi..ahahaha..
    so hindi ko alam naka ilang laps ako..
    ilang rest time..
    anu distance...ahahaha
    may tinakbuhan nga ko daan..
    ako lang tao..sasakayan lang kasabay ko..ahahaha
    tanga-tangahan lang..

    pwo meal:
    super half -andoks lechon manok
    1 fried rice
    1 mais con yelo
    1 galon tubig
    1 yosi

    ^Amen! at mas lalo mong kailangan ang BCAA since mahilig ka tumakbo. Pwede ka naman mag cardio na gamit ang weights or BW at yun ang cardio that targets fat loss.

    sir mighty at dalton- pde mag unwind??nalow morale na naman ako eh..tumakbo ko para mag interact sa sarili ko..napadaan kasi ko sa dating bahay..huminto pa sa may gate..tumakbo ako para malibang sarili...nkakabaliw...

    Di ba nagpapa bulk ka pa? Pero kung gusto mo pa din try doing Escalating Density Training or Barbell Complexes during your rest days so it will become an "active" rest day.

    friday??weekend is not available..baka biglaan lipad eh..pero for sure available pa friday..

    buhat ako bukas..takbo thurs..friday legs dapat..pwede naman ako magchest madami naman spotter eh..
    gusto ko higitan yung bp mo, ni zack at ni last..alang spot..ahahaha
