    hahaha, buti na lang di legs ang workout mo kahapon or else...

    @migs kamusta ung tuhod mo? makakapag squat ka na ba sa wednesday?

    ds nag improve na buti na lang.may slight pain pa konti. kaya ko na mag squat pero alalay nalang muna sa bigat hehe. mag legs ako mamaya sa gym namin leg press leg extension leg curl at calf raises lang muna pero sa wed sabay ako sainyo

    Hmmmm... kung ako sayo wag ka muna mag legs later, ireserve mo na lang yan sa tues, baka kasi maaggravate lang yan lalo yan ngayun lalo na at pagaling pa lang. just saying, kaw na bahala bro tumantsa. :)

    incline DB flyes
    4 sets - 35 x 15

    seated machine flyes
    1st: 120 x 12

    over all assessment from that training was good. i had an early pump with the DB incline press and my pec muslce hardened earlier that expected. dahil na rin siguro 1 day rest lang nag chest workout nanaman ako. my only problem with the program is grabeng maka exhaust ng lakas at sumasakit na yung connection ng brachialis at forearm ko dahil pinpilit kong magbuhat ng max every last set. pero kahit na ganon buhat pa rin! walang sakit sakit pag nasa kalagitnaan na ng buhat isipin na lang na hindi ako lalaki pag di nag buhat ng mabigat lol!

    linis linis ng agiw at alikabok.

    hahay... masakit pa din balikat at siko ko dahil sa pag subok na buhatin yung 260lbs (i think i got 4clean reps 2 assisted) sa OG from the GWO kahapon. well, it was really an experience na magbuhat ng kakaibang bigat na bakal from other gym. sabi nga namin kahapon, hindi normal yung mga bigat ng plates sa OG which is heavier than your usual plates. and most of all ang pinaka masarap na part ng GWO is the BBQ! sarap ng timpla ng BBQ ni sir Alex eheheh!

    tomorrow, lets see kung makakapag heavy pa ako sa chest wo. yung mga buddies ko magpapahinga na lang daw muna eheheh! another week to grind, another week to get strong and bigger!

    Ah mga 5:30 pala, nakakahiya naman kung papaantay ako tapos mas late pa pala ang dating ko ahaha.
    Sayang naman, di na nga nakasama sa OG. Bata susulpot na lang ako kung aabot ako haha. Every wed naman kayo diba?

    uu wednesday ang legs day namin ni DS pero sa OG sya bukas bubuhat eh. so ako lang aabutan mo sa mascu if ever na pupunta ka.
  • La ako workout bukas eh nagpalit na kasi sked ko so for the time being hindi ako makakadayo ng mascu for leg training.

    picture update na lang walang mailagay na ibang update.

    kung tama yung timbangan sa gym kanina, nag lalaro sa 200-203lbs ang timbang ko ngayun. yes, daming tubig at taba sa katawan dahil sa baboy na diet!
