kababalik lang galing gym. where do i start? lol! my lower back is aching like F*&%# but i love it ahahaha! did my heaviest with DL's and i was quite happy with it kahit na may mga "fail" moments. also, its quite the experience with the crock rows i failed with the heaviest pero ang sarap pa din na pakiramdam. lahat ng buhat ko kanina habol hininga bawat rest period. heres what i did;
dead lifts:
90lbs x 15 (warm up set)
270lbs x 1 - i used the chalk but my grip is too weak to continue with the lift.
270 x 1 - another atempt to lift with no strap and just chalk. still failed.
270 x 5 - di ko na kaya so i used a strap for the rest of the DL's.
270 x 5
270 x 5
*this is the heaviest i could do with DL's with 5 reps i still dont know what my 1 rep max is.
crock rows:
*first 3 sets were warm up sets

100lbs x 1 - LOL! i can barely grip the handles and have a decent lift! its a fail i know.
80 x 5 and 10 - 5 reps with my left hand and 10 reps with my right hand. here you can see na talagang weak ang grips ko specailly with my left hand.
*even if my first attempt to do the crock rows were a failure kakaibang pump pa din ang naramdaman ko sa upper back while doing the first 3 warm-up sets so hindi sumama ang loob ko sa buhat na yun. and i think ill be doing this row for a long time cause i think and i feel it really hits the spot.

pag tapos kong mag DL's exhausted na kagad ako lalo na nung natapos akong mag crock rows. i was catching my breath every resting period with those 2 exercises and i havent felt like that for quite a time with my back workouts. i was happy leaving the gym because i know this was one of my best back workout for a long time.
Did you chalk up really good ba? As in makapal at puting puti na yung buong palad mo? Anyway doing high reps with kroc row would dramatically improve your grip. Parehas pala tayo ng ginawa today talagang nakakahingal yang dalwa na yan sabayan mo pa ng sobrang init ng panahon!
yup! ayos yung pag kaka chalk ko sa kamay kaya lang ang problema ay yung lakas talaga ng grip ko. bumibigay na sa sobrang bigat at sobrang ngalay. sa palagay ko nga kailangan ko din i train yung grip ko madaming buhat ang apektado ng grip eh. natawa na lang ako sa sarili ko nung naalala ko yung pinanood kong babae na nag crock rows sa you tube ehehe panis ako eh, 100lbsx 20 walang ka effort effort! lol!

Try mo plate grips at static holds sa DL's to improve your grip ok din.
