Parang oo na hinde. Yung circuit training kasi iba-ibang exercises done in succession in which you can use a mixture of BW, DB's, BB's or even machines in one "set".
While yung complexes is using the BB with a variation of exercises, at least 6 diff. execrcises for me, without letting go of the BB until you finish your set. So kaya mahirap sya kahit light lang eh mamumuti ang mata sa hirap pagdating sa 5th or last exercise. This is a staple by MMA fighters for their conditioning and retention of lean muscle mass.
This is my usual set when I do this:
RDL's
BB Rows
Shrugs
Hang Cleans
MP
Front Squats
Complete 6 reps/exercise and that's one set/round. Rest between 3-5 mins and complete another round until you finish 4 rounds.
ah parang tabata din pala. hehe nabasa ko palang ung tabata dati pro di ko pa natry though ang alam ko is malakas magpabilis ng resting meta yun. so in short ito rin BB complex more likely ganun din. hehehe thanks master
ah oki, what i actually meant was ung effect ang pareho, hehehe. ung tabata nga katakot gawin sa treadmill kasi sobrang bilis nung setting tapos naka incline pa ang suggested na setup. sheesh! feeling ko masusubsob ako sa treadmill pag nagkamali ako dun LOL!
