    yup gamot lang..dami bawal na food pero alak hindi bawal kaya that night after endoscopy uminom nako..ahaha

    eto mga nararamdaman ko nun..severe pain in abdominal area..
    heart burn na matindi..
    lahat ng intake ko solid kahit liquid parang gumuguhit from throat through esophagus..sobrang sakit...

    try mo research hiatus hernia sir..para mas maging aware ka..
    Specialist sa gastro ka dapat mag pacheck hindi sa gen surgeon lang..
    ang madling explanation ko sa hiatus, yung connection from end ng esophagus to stomach mejo swollen sya..nag protrude na sya above the diaphragm..kaya masakit sya kapag umuubo..lumulunok..yumuyuko tsaka kahit anung activity involving diaphragm mo..

    Mag pa gastro ka muna din sir..

    Bro, may history ako ng colitis at gastritis umabot sa point na namaga yung colon ko pero di naman inoperahan na confine lang ako for 1 week then undergone colonoscopy. If you want a second opinion try Dr. Olympia of Makati Med yan ang doctor na nag pagaling sakin and walang paligoy ligoy yang doctor na yan at mahusay talaga.

    Get a second opinion muna di rin basta basta ang operation.

    sir milk yun yung 2 way to check..si sir mighty colonoscopy..ako endoscopy..ako papahiwa ako chan kung tatanggalin yung taba..pero kung ibang parte sa loob ng chan ko..magkamatayan na...ahahaha

    Try barbell complexes bro if di ka pa rin makapag heavy for now. Sulit ka jan sigurado.

    Parang oo na hinde. Yung circuit training kasi iba-ibang exercises done in succession in which you can use a mixture of BW, DB's, BB's or even machines in one "set".

    While yung complexes is using the BB with a variation of exercises, at least 6 diff. execrcises for me, without letting go of the BB until you finish your set. So kaya mahirap sya kahit light lang eh mamumuti ang mata sa hirap pagdating sa 5th or last exercise. This is a staple by MMA fighters for their conditioning and retention of lean muscle mass.

    This is my usual set when I do this:

    RDL's
    BB Rows
    Shrugs
    Hang Cleans
    MP
    Front Squats

    Complete 6 reps/exercise and that's one set/round. Rest between 3-5 mins and complete another round until you finish 4 rounds.

    ^Yes that's one form of cardio aimed at fat loss. Parang tabata lang. EDT din is a good program for fat loss and conditioning.

    ah parang tabata din pala. hehe nabasa ko palang ung tabata dati pro di ko pa natry though ang alam ko is malakas magpabilis ng resting meta yun. so in short ito rin BB complex more likely ganun din. hehehe thanks master

    Di naman sya pareho ng tabata since timed yung tabata. Although same sila ng effect sa body pero for me mas mahirap ang BB complexes.

    ah oki, what i actually meant was ung effect ang pareho, hehehe. ung tabata nga katakot gawin sa treadmill kasi sobrang bilis nung setting tapos naka incline pa ang suggested na setup. sheesh! feeling ko masusubsob ako sa treadmill pag nagkamali ako dun LOL!

    same here stannis dibale mukhang hindi naman yun ang unat huli mong punta sa mascu eh. makikita mo din ibang brosefs natin dun.
