Na try ko rin man pero consume ko siya sa isang araw... mga 1 bottle and a half while workout to finish... tsaka boung araw, eenum ng inum na rin ako....
sige try ko nga buhosan ng tubig - basta madami amino eenumin ko....
any other advice? sa supps? instead of amino, ano alternative? meron naman akong whey Gold Standard pa ubos na -hehehe

youre training chest after shoulders? mahirap yan ser pag di ka pa ganong nakapag build ng foundation. youl directly hit triceps and shoulders for your first half them youll be hitting chest which uses both triceps and shoulders as secondary muscles involved from the lifts youll be doing. pero ok lang kung sanay ka na at hindi ka nangangalay kagad sa 2nd half ng workout mo.
