    panget condition ko kanina sa chest nasunog agad ako sa flat BB bench press 250lbs max ko..panget ng phasing ko. the rest light lang ang buhat ko. halos hindi ko natapos program ko pero na ka dips pa naman ako. galing kasi ako kahapon sa intense back workout.. dapat pinahinga ko ngayon.. tigas ulo ko.. hehe gigil na gigil sa bakal.. hehe

    gusto ko sana kaso ng chest ako kanina. kung tatambay ako dun mag mukha lang ako engot.. hehehe sabay din ako sa kanila baka next week.

    same time din yata dalts tulad ng huling punta nyo. basta mga ganung oras nandun naman ako eh. sigurado nandun na din sala buh non kasi si ser mighty mas maaga dumadating yun eh. mg 5pm.

    heavy shoulder and leg workout kanina.. good news for me umabot na ako ng 200lbs.. hayz salamat!! target ko 230lbs!!
