    i was advised by my cousin from dumaguete who happens to be a BB na kailangan ko pa mag bulk.. change of game plan bulking mode ulit!! but this time clean bulking na as per advised.. and also sabi nya kailangan ko mag cardio everyday mga 2km..

    Matanong lang,.. ano meron sa Clean Bulking???? kasi pa bulk mode rin ako ngayon eh.... :)

    clean.. hehe,walang oily foods mga prito, ice cream, chocolate iwasan muna. more breast chicken egg linaga. instead of white rice, brown rice ang gamitin iwasan ang mga pagkain sa mga mcdo, jollibee, kfc.. sa madaling salita mga walang lasang pagkain hehehe
