    update ko lang journal ko, kanina ng shoulder / legs workout ako. hindi masyado intense average lang bigla akong nanghina, when im doing shoulder DB press, last working set ko 80-80lbs failed. kahit isang pump lang hindi kinayanan, kaya ng settle na lang ako sa 70-70lbs DB. side lateral ko naman only 50-50lbs DB last working set. the rest same stat na. kulang siguro sa tulog. hehe sayang dapat hindi na lang ako nag workout. sa sat. back / biceps routine naman ako ,photo shoot ako sa sat..
  • pag tayo mag kakasama para kameng lampayatot sa tabi nyo hahaha

    5x5 exercise

    squat = lastworking set 240lbs
    bench press = last working set 250lbs
    barbel row = last working set 220lbs

    5x5 ako kanina, tama pala sabi ng cuz ko na hindi na ako makaka isolation, 3 exercise lang di ko na kayang mag isolation (tweak ko sana yung program) hehe.. kala ko kaya ko pa..

    5x5 squat = 240 lbs last working set sagad na yan..
    5x5 military BB press = 160 lbs last woking set parang kaya ko pa pero hindi ko na pinilit.
    5x5 deadlift = 320 lbs last working set kaya pa pero hindi ko na sinagad iwas injury.

    BB benchpress - 270 bs lastworking set new record ko rin.
    Barbel row - 240 last working set.

    lamon ang diet ko ngayon carb loading.. hehehe

    ilang reps po lahat ito koya rot? grabe 240lbs na bb row ang sakit na sa lower back nito. nice lifts and keep it up!

    5 reps lahat yan, pero sa bench press ko pag last working set, d na sumasayad sa chest ko. pero konti na kaya ko na syang pasayarin.. thanks sir milk, kamusta patuyo mo? ako baka feb pa.. sampa tayo ng april!! hehehehe

    cutting is a little off medyo maintain muna ako ng weight ko ngayun. pag pasok ng taon dun na magkaka alaman ahahah! by april siguro kung papalarin ay pwede na tayong lumaro. talagang motivated ka ngayon koya rot ha, well keep it up at ako din ill get my lower body to be ready by then. cheers to us!
