    ^nyahahaha!! nakaka pressure agad ah!! wahahaha musclemania phil. sa dec yun, medyo natty ang mga contestants dun hehehe may laban.. ma feel ko lang sumampa here's the categories:

    Flyweight 60 kg and under
    Bantamweight 60.1 - 65 kg
    Lightweight 65.1 - 70 kg
    Welterweight 70.1 - 75 kg
    Middleweight 75.1 - 80 kg
    Heavyweight 80.1 kg and up

    target ko lightweight depende sa conditioning ko..

    DEC 1, 2012 ang MUSCLEMANIA PHIL.. so meyo naagahan pa ako sa conditioning kaya lift heavy muna and cardio..

    pag hindi ko ma achieve ang 4-6 BF% hindi ako sasampa 1000 lang ang registration.

    matagal pa yan ser rot may ilang buwan ka pa para mag pack ng mass. pero kung gusto mo mag try na mag pa kondisyon why not. para di ka mahirapan pag malapit na ang comp.

    bahala na kung kayang sumali bakit hindi. pag walang mga problema this coming months pwede kong i try mag pa kondisyon.

    come december punta tayung lahat para i cheer si ser rot sa laban!

    mas lalakas at ganado ako magpa condition pag sasali ka rin sir milk! oo nga may panahon pa mag add ng mass medyo matagal pa pero baka mahirapan ako mag cut.. hehehe kaya cut muna ako saglit.

    cardio early at 5:30am. 1hr jog, walk, sprint pero mas lamang jog.. hehe


    later this afternoon will do chest exercise as heavy as i can low reps to have mass pa.

    pounding more lean mass!! i cut my reps maxs to 6, my sets are 3, all fuckin heavy lifts with spotter syempre. safety first! adopting the concept of max ot training influenced by the documentary "i want to look that guy"..

    medyo mahaba pa ang panahon ko for training.. so ii have all the time to add mass... im on a very strict clean diet.

    ill train my back later!
