    first time ko mag-mix ng whey sa milk.. sarap pala! hahaha tas sinasabayan ko pa ng banana para dagdag nutrients na din..hehehe medyo noticeable na yung mass gained ko from whey and creatine, yung landlady sa boarding house namin, di makapaniwala sa bilis ng na-gain ko..two weeks kasi kaming hindi nagkita.. :D

    currently weighing 120lbs,. Bench press ko is at 110lbs (may spot), Shoulder Press at 30lbs (may spot din), Barbell Curls at 27.5lbs (dati 15lbs lang kaya ko), Pull down at 110 (dati 60 - 70 lang), etc.. Yan po yung pinaka-significant gains ko..matagal din akong hindi nag-update kasi nagkaron ng time na hiyang hiya ako sa gains ko, na parang wala namang worthy na i-post..kaya nag-train na lang ako ng hindi masyado nagppost, but i still read forums every now and then.. salamat po mga master! kayo nagmomotivate sakin! hehehe

    keep on posting whatever it is..kahit alang gains or improvement..at least matatrack mo yung downside mo at mamotivate ka din dahil mahihiya ka na din sa sarili ko for being so tamad..hehehe

    gained 12lbs in 2mos..not bad..hehehe currently at 122lbs..konti na lang at maaabot ko na desired weight ko..sana kayanin ko pa magpabulk kahit pasukan na ulet..hahaha

    heheh salamat sir monching! ngayong nahuli ko na kiliti ng weight ko, bantay sarado ako sa diet ko lagi..hehe dami hindi makapaniwala sa gains ko this summer.. :D

    Almost one year after ko huling mag-update dito, pasensya na po mga sir, medyo naging busy lang.. from 122lbs last year, bumaba ako sa 110 nung start ng summer. I lost almost all my gains dahil sa busy sched at stress na din siguro. Ngayon, after two months of trying to get back up again and gaining lean mass, I'm at 116lbs. I think I'm currently at my best shape. Physically healthy, and much leaner. Natuto na din ako mag-clapping pushups.hehe The only down part is that bumalik yung pain sa ankle ko from a Badminton injury two years ago. Tinry ko kasi ihabol yung calves ko kasi napansin ko medyo manipis. So I tried doing heavy calf raises, training my calves 2-3x per week, kasabay ng traps. After a month of doing so, sumakit na sya ulit. :( Ano po pwede ko gawin mga master? Salamat! At mabuhay ang PBB! :sport:

    Occasionally na lang ako mag-take ng supps ngayon since di pa ako nakakabalik sa CnC. Medyo malaki kasi ang patong sa gym kaya onti lang ako kung bumili.hehe I think it works for me since namomonitor ko talaga na galing sa whole foods yung nutrients at onti lang from whey and amino. I also regained my strength, kahit I lost a lot of weight. I'm currently doing supersets, tas lahat moderate-heavy.

    Magandang hapon po mga master, tanong lang, may mga taga-UPLB po ba dito? naghahanap kasi ako ng bagong gym buddy, graduate na kasi yung dati,,hehe salamat!

    Salamat Sir Monch! I did it because I want to. I did it because they said I can't. :tongue:Tatlong taon mahigit na rin pala akong nagbubuhat! hehe medyo on-off nga lang lalo na nung times na naging busy ako. Nagkaron din ako ng "dark phase" na kung saan gabi gabi ako umiinom kasama ng barkada. After nun, naramdaman kong nanghihina ako, kaya I decided to set things straight again at ibalik ang dating healthy lifestyle. 3 months din akong nag-"rehab" ng sarili ko, walang alak, walang fastfood, walang junk food, at training thrice a week. Sa wakas naibalik ko na ulit yung dating lakas ko at pakiramdam ko healthy na ko ulit. Di ko namimiss yung beer. I'm heading towards my goal once more. Sana magsilbi na rin 'tong lesson sa inyo mga tol. Iwas tayo ng onti sa bisyo..hehe :lol

    Kamusta po mga sir? Ako I'm feeling great! Maintained ang 111lbs ko, the first time I'm seeing cuts and striations, at di rin nababawasan yung lifts ko..hehe I think my new diet and routine fits me. Still trying to add more quality mass, though.. Target ko pa din mag 130lbs..hehe More power sa PBB!

    5'4 sir. hehe Ang ideal kasi sakin ay around 125lbs. Pero target ko talaga magpasobra ng onti. :blush:

    wow we had the same height and your ideal weight sobra ako hehe 127lbs my current ! Just keep eating right foods and consistently lifting mapupunta rin tayo sa goals natin brah!

    Okay lang naman po siguro sumobra paminsan. Sabi nga nila, tayo lang makakapagsabi kung kelan tayo makukuntento sa sarili natin.. :P Actually, nag-125lbs na ako last year sir, kaso hindi clean bulk yung nagawa ko kaya I ended up losing most of it within one year din.. But it was a great learning experience.. Natuto na ako.. hehehe Salamat Sir! Eto talagang mga posts nyo ang nag-iinspire sakin..hehe

    Shying away from Barbell Bench Presses for three months now, trying to heal my shoulder joints and to add shape to my pecs..so far so good..hehehe :blush:

    Kamusta mga Sir? Medyo mahaba bakasyon namin kaya nakapagbuhat ako ulit ng two straight months.hehe Strict diet and routine na ko ngayon kasi kelangan ko muna magpa-lean. May 'photoshoot' kasi sa December..hehe update ko na din lang etong journal ko. Eto na ko ngayon, so far may improvements naman kahit papano; gained more strength and mass, lost some body fat, and gained two sore wrists hahaha Current weight: 110lbs lang pero i'm in my best shape yet.
