hindi kasi talaga advisable ang roids sa beginner..napakadelikado..
sabi nga nya nakagamit na siya nung una pero tikim tikim palang pero wala na magagawa dahil nangyari na at maganda gawin wag na ituloy ulit...

hehehe.. pero as of now, i think i dont need roids pra makamit ko ung form na un.. tuloy ko lang cguro program ko ngayon,tingna ko nalangpagka3mnths if ano na, kc mangha dn kc ako in just 3weeks, 13nches na pla bicep ko ngayon, nalampasan ko ung unang 3mnths ko noon n just 3weeks.. tingnan natin if meron pang ilalaki ito nextweek.. bout roids, d rin naman ako sira, xempre paadvice dn ako sa mga tao dito kung atong tamang gawin pra wlang mangyaring masama, yun ay kung gagamit ako.. pero as ived stated, i think d ko na kailangan yan... as of now iniisip ko kung pano ko mapapaabsorb ung protein sa katawan ko un bang d nasasayang at ilalabas lang.. meron akong itry nd upd8 ko kayo if ok ba ung epekto.. as of now secret lang muna.. hehehe..

hehehe... nahihiya pa ako boss.. basta sinukat ko kanina right bicep ko, 13nches nxa.. m only 5.2 nd highest na sukat ko noon is 12nches lang.. ngayon 13nches na n just 3weeks.. simple lang dn diet ko, normal na kain ko tapus additional 5-6eggs a day, 3servings ng promatrix nd about 5-7tabs ng amino 2222.. target weight ewan dependi nlang sa proportion ng katawan ko, kunti nalng dn kulang kc 5.2 lang ako nd cguro a lil more than 55kls ako ngayon.. cguro icould go 65kls, bago mgcutting phase.. or cutting phase for a mnth dn balil bulking dn cutting nnman.. or dependi nlang kc lumalaki tyan ko ngayon..

and base sa sinabi mo sa taas you can't use roids pa , try to clean your diet first what seperates you from normal people is for me ah what yo eat lol aside sa training.. so nasabi mo normal lang na kain so you dont differ to normal people, eat like a bodybuilder muna hehe.
to sum up everything is gsto ko lang talag i emphasize yung importance ng discipline in diet kasi dadalin mo na yan for lifetime, so kung mag ro roids ka lets say lumaki ka nga or nag gain ng marami, of cors di nmn pwede lagi gumamit nun at kailangan mo i maintain yung na gain mo, to maintain it syempre kailangan mo ng right lifestyle / diet / food... it's not like pag na achieve mona hindi na mawawala lol peace
