anyway Happy New Year PBB!
project from the start of 2012? "Chisel my abs in 6 months!" hehe. planning to post a journal in the photos section. Will probably start after I'm done with finishing my tattoo (papalagyan ko ng background ung Angel at papalagy ng bagong design sa bicep area). Hehe
wait lang sya bukas manila na ulit ako...3 pa pasok ko..hahaha.andami dami ko kasing VL eh...yung 2011 VL ko unused lahat..yung nagamit ko lang ngayon eh yung VL ko ng 2010 pa..ahahaha..hindi kasi ko pala absent sa work..
yung 201o nag expire na pero its up to you to convert sa cash o gamitin..eh 6.5 yun kesa iconvert ko ng cash..ginamit ko nitong buong bakasyon ko...hehehe..yung 2011 naman since lipat bahay na kmi, iconvert nila cash na yun kasama sa final pay...pambili ko ng supps yun..hehehe
got home from the gym.. still dnt know what program i'll follow but i still have til saturday to figure that out. hehe..
just did some chest presses.
flat bench
80x5,95x5,120x5,140x5,170x7
(ung last set ginawa kong 7 kasi...wala lang..nanjan naman si Bantay para alalayan ako pag babagsak na sa muka ko eh ehehe)
incline dumbell press
40lbs each hand x10 reps x 5 sets
labo diba. ahah. nag strength sa flat tapos volume sa incline..
then i punished by abs. did ALOT of crunches with a 12.5lbs medicine ball.
cutting ako til march..hope to see some results. sana.. hehe.may nakita ako sa yahoo kanina... tabata protocol. any one have heard of this? wla lang parang ok itry..
Tabata- you'll do 8 rounds (yun ay kung kayanin mo na agad mabuo ang 8 rounds hehe) 10 sec work/20 sec rest that's 1 round. Kaya nga I call this 4 mins of hell.
Try doing full body exercise for this such as squat thrusts, burpees, back squats. Or combination of those exercises.
Another good "cardio" using weights is barbell complexes ito ang gingawa ko minsan for body conditioning.
mukang hell nga ahaha. actually nitry ko sya kanina eh.. pero naka 3 workset lang ako ahaha hiningal ako nakakasuka LOL.. try lang naman.. pero very intresting..
