    just came from the gym.. grabe miss na miss ko after almost 3 weeks!

    to kick start my 4th month, i decided to try GVT instead of doing 5x5.. try lang.. but graveh GVT is not easy as it looks ahaha. 100 lbs lang eh. ang dali sa umpisa, pero nung 8th set ko na parang hirap na hirap nako LOL

    sarap naman ng feeling pagkatapos parang puputok na chest ko nyahahah

    Oo nga kaya nung gumaling, aun, hinalikan ko lahat ng plates sa gym hehe

    eto ung gamit ni boss jeri but i'm not sure kay ser milk.. parang pati volume training ata nya modified nya eh.. hehe diba ser milk?! :D

    same concept din iba lang ng mga buhat. sample:

    chest:

    incline DB press 10x10
    decline BB pres 5x10
    machine flyes 5x10
    crossovers 5x10

    ganyan ako mag volume.

    gym kanina. felt so weak today..

    have not added poundage sa buhat ko today. these were what i used d last time na nagbuhat ako (3 weeks ago)

    Deadlift
    115x5, 155x5, 195x5, 225x5

    flat bench
    80x5, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 160x5

    and some assistance exercise
    inclined flyes, bicep curls


    sayang sana pala nagsabay tau ngaun ser milk! off ko ngayon eh. hehe. nawala sa isip ko.
