just came from the gym.. grabe miss na miss ko after almost 3 weeks!
to kick start my 4th month, i decided to try GVT instead of doing 5x5.. try lang.. but graveh GVT is not easy as it looks ahaha. 100 lbs lang eh. ang dali sa umpisa, pero nung 8th set ko na parang hirap na hirap nako LOL
sarap naman ng feeling pagkatapos parang puputok na chest ko nyahahah
hahahah. nagback ako nung monday, thursday na ngayon masakit parin. ang badtrip neto more than a week na kong hindi nakakapagBREAST, gusto ko na sana mag"BREAST" kaso ninanamnam ko pa sakit ng likod ko! hahahahh

eto ung gamit ni boss jeri but i'm not sure kay ser milk.. parang pati volume training ata nya modified nya eh.. hehe diba ser milk?!

crossovers 5x10
ganyan ako mag volume.
