Good evening guys, apparently i thought it was a rest, pero hindi pala. it is a "clean my room day". para na ring nag work out. tomorrow starts my 2nd week of DY training.
Evening guys, done with Chest-Biceps workout. All I can say is, hindi ako sanay na walang gloves sa pagbubuhat hehehe.... naiwan ko kanina sa bahay, kaya pinag tyagaan na lang na wala.
Done with my triceps and delts today. Done also with my 2nd week doin the DY program. Pansin ko nag iincrease ang strength ko, average +5 lbs every session.
langya 500lbs??? baka mabali na bewang ko nun.... hehehe.I am planning to go to cash and carry tomorrow to buy Whey Protein. Gusto ko na rin sanang bumili at uminom nang Amino. Ok ba syang inumin? ano side effects nya? Currently I am taking fish oil, optimen and whey protein.
Evening guys. Kanina sa sobrang lamig nang panahon all through out my workout hindi man lang ako pinawisan, parang kulang pala workout mo pag ganon. Given na usual weights pa rin yung binuhat ko just like previous weeks.
Well count me in. Hehehe. Gatas or tubig sa whey pwede na sa akin. Binabasa ko pa ngablang idol monch tinatamad na ako hehehe. Minsan banana ang halo pag sinisipag.

sa akin dati sir me gloves pra iwas kalyo daw, pero ngkakakalyo pa din ako eh, kya kahit wla ok lng, pero ng lifting straps pa rin ako pg DL,
