Welcome Sir satin, bago lang din ako dito... Regarding belly fat, I think successful naman ako sa pag eliminate except that I still have minimal sa lower ab part.
Pakailamanan ko lang sir itong Meal Plan mo as advice ko na din. Maglalagay ako ng tatanggalin and potential na ipapalit. I am basing this on my experience and studies, pero I am not an expert.
Breakfast - tapsilog, tocilog or canton (eliminate sinangag and canton, possible replacement green veggies or more eggs)
snack - sandwich with mayo or pnutbutter (eliminate mayo, and transfer whole weat bread with peanut butter as after workout snack to utilize anabolic effect of insulin)
lunch - 1 1/2 cup of rice meat and vege (eliminate rice, possible replacement good fats a serving of nuts/avocado)
sleep because im working on night shift
dinner - 1 1/2 cup of rice meat and vege (eliminate rice, possible replacement a fruit, a high glycemic one if its after workout)
For workout, incorporate a high intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio atleast 15 minutes after lifting exercises.
