    ^ easy to say na "under eater" but since it's difficult to force feed and over eat just to gain some lbs of weight makes them "hard gainers" in reality. As much as we want to deny it but they do exist.

    Also, if it doesn't work for us doesn't mean it wont work for them. my advice was specifically for OP and not some random generic advice i read somewhere. And, you really wont get much solid evidence with 1 year of diet experimentation. Training and nutrition goes hand and hand so if your diet doesnt match with your training doesnt mean its wrong... wrong timing siguro.

    i didn't watch the vids, both guys are juiced so they're on a different class of their own. No offense but i find it not suitable for true natty's. I agree with frank zane tho but again the road to get to what he is saying will differ if steroids are involved.

    watch mo yung vid. para malaman mo kung nag gagain ka ng fat, nag gagain ka din ng fat cells. Daming studies na yung fat cells ay hindi mawawala sa katawan mo. It will only shrink but it won't get away.

    the reason why I asked you if you do not believe on those is because that's what consist of a hard gainer or "easy gainer" .
    but that doesn't mean he should chow down on fast food chains.

    as long as it fits my macros, so be it ( though It doesn't mean na 3 - 4x a day nasa fast food chain ako ha, ). one of the main reason why people goes into binge eating is because of being so strict on their nutrition na kailangan..
    milk, peanut, bread, rice etc.


    IMO, there's nothing wrong with eating at any fast food chain, as long as you can still hit your macros ( heck, I won't even suggest to newbie ecto to count their macros in about 3 - 4 months , just plain see food diet, their goal is to gain weight, not lose ,not maintain. but in the long run, kailangan pa rin nilang matutong magbilang nang macros. )

    heck it's confusing na. whether to do slow or dirty bulk.
    I'm an ectomorph. And I seriously think I'm a hard gainer. Sobrang bilis din kasi ng metabolism ko.

    I'm leaning towards dirty bulking more pero as previously said, I do care about looks while bulking kaya medyo di ko pa kayang gawin.

    Salamat po sa lahat ng nagcocomment. Dami kong nalalaman.

    Paps @ryande, sa tingin ko hindi talaga maiiwasan na hindi magkaroon ng tiyan kapag nag bubulk kasi kakain ka ng kakain dun. Ecto din ako, sa ngayon kumakain ako ng 4-5 times a day, nasa 2500-3000 cal sya. Effective sya sakin lalo na yung rice, 31 ang waist line ko dati, ngayon 32 na. Kahit hard gainer ka basta kumain ka ng sapat, mag gagain at mag gagain ka.

    thanks boss. yun din ginagawa ko ngayon. rice at andoks kapag in between regular meals at nagutom.

    anong weight mo na boss?
    58kgs kasi ako ngayon. 28 ang waistline ko, dati 26 pa to. Haha!

    159 lbs August 2014 tapos 173 lbs as of December 2014. :D
    Wag ka matakot kumain ng madami, tsaka mo na isipin yung pag cut kapag na reach mo na yung ideal weight mo.

    I was thinking MM ang itake since mukhang mas kelangan kong ito muna to help gain weight. Tapos saka na ung whey after ko mareach ang ideal weight ko.

    BTW how do you set an ideal target weight? sorry daming tanong.
  • @ryande - bro, wala naman nagsabi na magdirty bulk ka. Wala ako sinabi, I said MCDO and JOLLIBEE not dirty bulk. I think I also said "I recommend", I didint say thrive on it. Kahit kumain ka sa fast food hindi ibig sabihin nun dirty bulk na or tataba ka na AGAD.

    Masasabi nating dirty bulk kung as in bara bara ka kumain, walang pakialam kung ano pagkain at gano kadami, walang pakialam kung ilang protein, carbs, fat basta sige kain lang. Pretty much how regular people eat.

    hindi mabilis tumaba lalo na at regular ka nagwoworkout. Mas mabilis lang ang fat gain versus muscle gain pero aabutin ka ng months bago mo makita na out of shape ka. Mababaliw ka lang kakaisip sa TABA, BILBIL AT DIET. Dati ripped ako tapos tataba tapos magiging lean tapos tataba na naman tapos nagcut ako ng malupit at naging shredded tapos ngayon ang taba na naman... taon taon yan! been there done that soooo many times... Fat will come and go pero yung muscle na bakat sa damit kahit may taba pa muscle pa din...

    Promatrix 7 tsaka Multivitamins as of now. Nag weight gainer ako dati pero hindi ko nagustuhan yung effect, palagi akong bloated tsaka napayo din sakin ni Sir Vinch na mag focus nalang sa whole foods instead of weight gainers w/c is naisip ko na tama nga naman.

    Nakabasa ako ng review ng Mutan Mass na Mutant Gas (Matinding utot) daw ang side effect nya. hehe. Para sakin personal preference lang yung pag pili ng ideal weight mo, kapag sa tingin mo na okay ka na sa ganung built at kaya mo syang i maintain, ade yun na yun.

    Update:

    Added Military Press to workout.
    Now taking Fish Oil, Creatine, Multivitamins and Mutant Mass.
    During rest days, 1 scoop after waking up and 1 scoop before sleeping.
    Pag may workout, 1 scoop after waking up, 1 scoop pre-workout, 2 scoops post workout.
    3000-3500 calories na ako per day dahil sa Mutant Mass. I'm eating 5 meals a day. 2 yung snacks na sandwich. Tapos 3 regular rice meals.
    Ask ko lang ganon talaga ung MM? Puro lumps? Okay lang ba na may buo buo pa. Nilulunok ko nalang e hirap tunawin.Creatine capsules pala ung tinatake ko. Mas okay ba yung powder?Isa pang tanong. Hahaha.
    Anong ginagawa nyo para malessen yung sweetness ng mutant mass? sobrang tamis kasi. yung hindi na lalagyan ng additional liquid. 300 ml per scoop ang nilalagay ko e. sobrang tamis pa din. so kapag 2 scoops 600ml na sobrang hirap inumin ang dami. hahaha

    never tried mutant mass, so no idea.. though sa mga protein powder, after shaking thoroughly, dissolved naman yung powder..
    Creatine capsules pala ung tinatake ko. Mas okay ba yung powder?
