Di naman sa madami at di rin sa quality of food. Yes I take whey shake, but everyday I eat ice cream/sundae, have some chocolates, and drink some orange juice. And the typical filipino food like white rice and ulam. Sarap!
Hehe could be the reason why I see only very minimal when it comes to muscle gain. But my strength has gone back up when I started squatting and deadlifting.
Honestly for me, pointing out body structure is just an excuse for one to get in shape. There are girls/guys that say "I have big bones" but in fact, they're just fat/obese, if you base it on their wrist size or shoulder. I can always say I am ectomorph, but I rather work on it than let that thought get in my way.
getsing ko na brader DS and i agree sa squat at deads for helping us to gain more strength at mass. Sa ilang taon ko na kasi sa BBing/Fitness, last october ko lang narinig at natutunan yang deadlift na yan and it really helps me alot! and sa squat, way better than before
@ Brader Maloy, ganito talaga pag ecto pero pansin ko lang base on my experience, nowadays, di na ko pwede kumain ng kahit ano (i mean regularly) ng mga mcdo, crispy pata, junk food etc kasi mabilois nako mag gain ng fats hehehe kaya pag cheat meal nalang or dinadalangan/inuuntian din pag may time hehephil heath vs @Maloy FTW hahaha

@Maloy di naman sa mali, sa tingin ko lang yan ang one of the reasons why people are being pessimistic when it comes to improving their physique. So if you think you're an endomorph, there's a way to become an ectomorph by tweaking your metabolism. Body structure is nothing to be bothered about when you start seriously with your bodybuilding career. *bow* Haha
@Emman1986 since bago ka pa lang sa deadlift and squats, make sure you get your form checked, or at least video yourself from the side and check whether or not you round your lower back. Mahirap mainjure lalo na when it involves your spine.

salamat bro. as far as may gym mates concern, doing great naman daw at kita ko rin naman sa salamin (sabi ko nga sayo, ung gym namen na underground lahat may salamin lol) at since sumali ako dito sa PBB, marami ako natutunan na di kailangan mabigat basta tama form at para sakin basta maging aesthetic crew ok na hahaha

market market ako nag wowork bro, wala rin akong makitang magandang gym, although my gym sa office, pang sissy work out lang puede. ( treadmill , dumbbell and lageng sira na multi purpose na equipment)
