Try ko pa tong SL for a couple of months pataasin ko lng muna ung stats ko tapos maghanap nako ng workout na fit para sakin.

    yaan mo muna sya magmature sa isang routine kesa papalit palit. Automatic na yan matuto along the way.

    Thanks sir! Nalula nga ko ng ni-research ko sa net ung term, kahit ung mga tao nagkakagulo din. lol.. Focus muna ko sa pag correct ng meal plan ko tapos sa compound lifts.

    tama! simple lang naman sa ngayon problema mo, more karne/itlog/isda/baboy/baka damihan mo lang ng todo at ultra super duper dami ng kanin tapos kung SL5x5 trip mo talaga, sundan mo lang yung pagka linear progression nyan. Madali lang yan gawin, mahirap lang execute dahil bumibigat din yan over time.

    Yeah basic muna. Simpleng kain, ensayo at pahinga muna. Kumbaga grade 1 subjects muna saka na ung pang PHD hahaha

    Tanong lang sa itlog sir? Pano mo kinakain ang itlog mo? Sakin kasi hinihiwalay ko lng ung pula tapos iniinom ko ung puti. Ok lng po ba un?

It is very possible that there would be a chance for salmonella poisoning hindi lang sa yolks nakukuha yun. Lutuin mo nalang. Nagkakaruon ng cases ng salmonella enteriditis sa mga badibilders dahil sa pag consume ng egg whites google it.
