    Akalako kasi ngayon lang sya nag pic eh since wala pa naman siguro epekto yung dbol nya sa body compo nya so akalako sa "before aas" is ngayon lol
  • Feeling ko you could've gotten awesome gainzs if you just ate right and trained hard sa current stage of development mo e hindi ka pa naman mahihirapan sa before pic na pinost mong yan. Just my two cents man..

    Salamat bro. Chef ka pala nabasa ko konti yung journal mo bigla ko naalala nung nasa four seasons ako araw araw may dala ako unchopped sirloin, bottle of wine, different cheeze everday (blue cheese, riccota,camambert etc.) At talgang nakaka demonyo alak after shift lalo na mga lasenggero kasama mo, I did also those evil things napasarap kaya medyo humaba din but finally woke up one morning if this what I want and decided to change my life style and bring back my healthy times before ako tumikim ng alak hehehe. Ano position mo sa kitchen bro?
  • Ako lakas ko parin sa bisyo. Lakas ko parin mag cough syrup hahaha sana matigil ko rin sa susunod. Sobrang sarap ng cheese, red meat at wine grabe pag nag tritrip kami ng ganun parang living the life talaga. Kala ko dati pang mayaman lang na maarte pero masarap talaga hahaha.

Walang pupuntahan yan bisyo gastos lang hehe, Parang ako dati nakaka gastos ako 40k sa isang araw amp dahil halos yata ng class a na club diyan sa makati, qc napuppuntahan namin kapag lasing, Tapos pag gising ko kinaumagahan d ko matandaan pangalan ng club at mga babae maliban lang sa kasama ko sa hotel hahahaha.     Medyo matagal hindi ako nakapag update pero aayusin ko tong journal ko next time. So far had no sidefects. little acne but thats it. Steady gains, Giant increase in all lifts.

    Inject:

    Monday and Friday: Sustanon 250mg each = 1ml each shot
    Tuesday and Saturday: Deca 200mg each = 2ml each shot

    Oral Tablets:

    Everyday: Dianabol 30mg

    Supplements:Liv 52, Kidney Flush, Super Fish Oil, Vitamin C, Super D.
    Weight Gain Shake: True Mass after brekfast by BSN.

    Meal 6 to 10 times a day.. plus sugar intake. Chocolates, Ice cream etc.

    Guys, i know why barako aint posting pics dahil work in progress pa kasi. Kumbaga its pointless to post now considering the fact that its only his 4th week on gear pa lang.

    Malay naten paglabas ng photos ni barako parang nanggaling sa silid ng kaluluwa at panahon naging super saiyan 3 pati kilay nagkamuscle.
