Well just for info I work out 2 days, 1 day rest/cardio 2 days work out then rest/cardio (Rotation). Pero lets judge after we saw the result kung saan mali ang routine ko.

Pinakiramdaman ko muna kung ano tama sakin ng dbol and decided to make it for my kickstart. Pero so far ok naman wala naman ako nararamdaman sides, Kaya pwede ko na tirahin sus+deca anytime i think.

Edi sana di na lumaki sila jettie at mga taong naka IF dito at ako mismo dahil kadalasan asa 50-60g kinakain ko per meal. Eh yang 30g of protein na yan huling huli na galing kay google eh na search ko yan nung highschool palang ako.
At isa sa mga nakikita kong dahilan ba't hindi ka nag progress dati before having "assistance" is ginagawa mo masyadong komplikado lahat ng bagay-bagay about bodybuilding katulad nalang netong 30g of protein mo and i assume you are eating 6-10x a day because of this, things like these really will make you inconsistent in your eating habits in the long run at malamang kaya walang kang results dati.
